- The local environment, community, and campus
- Preparing for home stay or other accommodation
- Preparing for independent living
- Safety and security
- How to use public transport
- Telephone and internet access
- Currency, banking, and shopping
- What to expect from the education institution
- Dates of enrolment, orientation, and commencement
- Relationships, etiquette, and appropriate and inappropriate behaviour
- Emotional preparation (homesickness).
We always give our students Prior to departure information:
- What to pack
- What sort of travel insurance to book to cover health and possessions while they are out of their home country
- What documents to carry, read, and understand
- What to do at the airport
- What happens on the day of arrival
- Whom to contact when problems raised and/or for information
- How to carry belongings
Once student finish all admission and visa formalities, we do online orientation for their travel. Our aim is to make our student’s arrival to destinations country as easy as possible. This orientation programme we do for free of cost. In this programme we explain the comprehensiveness of living conditions and cost of their stay in their chosen country. Additionally, course programme, transport guidance, pickup, medical services such as how to use emergency services, health/travel insurance, accommodation and local climate and currency.
